Hello! I'm new to using CVent, but wanted to check in with the community to see if the following would be possible.

I'm working to set up an event that consists of a series of optional sessions (with varying costs). 

• Each session has a limited number of seats and a waitlist.
• All registrations are subject to approval by the organizer (i.e., they shouldn't automatically be charged until approved). 
• Many of these events are attended by people who may qualify for reduced or free admission, and who may not have access to a credit card for payment. 

The organizer has asked if it is possible to set up an arrangement where CVent is used for the registration/waitlisting process and to display the total amount for all session registrations, but not to require payment. They'd like to handle that manually through a different process, outside of CVent, where they can invoice registrants (and accept other forms of payment, etc).

Unless there is some reason the amount cannot be tracked within Cvent, I would just make invoicing the only payment accepted. That way, they can check out and have a total due but you can invoice them outside of Cvent. We had to do this at my previous position because their registration was added to their monthly services invoice.
