Hi - If I enable the QR code feature in Attendee Hub, will the code be the same as the one from OnArrival? I want to be sure that I'm not causing an issue for my colleagues who are responsible for registration.   Thanks

Hi Lynette - 

It should be the same, but with all things technology-related, you'll want to do testing ahead of time.  You may also want to have the same person who is setting up Attendee Hub, also set up the settings in OnArrival, to ensure that they are pulling from the same field and providing the same, consistent information.  Clear communication and testing are key to ensuring no issues on event day!
