Hi Siddharth!

1. How has your responsibilities evolved over the past few years? My responsibility in Cvent hasn't change much, I have chosen to move into roles that focus less on event logistics and more on event technology as that is what I really enjoy.
2. How were you able to learn new skills and support any new responsibilities? I feel the biggest leaps in learning have been when starting a new role at a new company. I have been able to learn so much about Cvent just by seeing how people use it differently. 
3. What kind of learning programs would you like to see in the future? What formats do you like to learn? videos showing how the technology actually works.

   1. I love training videos, but I also think that live sessions where we actually walk through what we're learning in our own instance is VERY HELPFUL. A virtual training workshop! And of course, the Knowledge Base is great!

   1. We began centralizing and insourcing web registration site builds. I am leading a team of new web builders that we are piloting with a group of 11 users in one of our divisions.
2. How were you able to learn new skills and support any new responsibilities?
   1. My skills in web registration, attendee management, housing management, attendee management, and survey's has been beefed up and I've learned different functionalities in the tool that we never used previously.
3. What kind of learning programs would you like to see in the future? What formats do you like to learn?
   1. A clearer direct learning path for a new user.  I do not think the structure for a new user is easy to follow in the learning library. A benefit would be a build your own training where you can select the parts of an event you would like to use and build a training module with all those pieces.

Hello!

I am the only meeting and event planner at my association. I have worked with Cvent for several years; however, I feel I'm constantly learning the updates on the fly and I need to take some training classes that will  put me on the path to certification. Can you or anyone out there help me with putting together a curriculum so I can start this process as soon as possible? I rarely have any downtime and I do for a couple of months and would like to start training as soon. Thank you!
