  • 1.  Registered attendee not showing on reports or attendee list?!

    Hello!

    I have an event currently open for registrations.

    I received and automatic reply off the event confirmation email to a registered attendee, however when pulling a registration report or looking in attendee list, this person does not exist?! They are not in cancelled / visited / waitlisted. I only know they have registered from the OOO automatic reply to the registration confirmed email. 

    Any ideas on how this happened? Or where to look?

    Found the solution in case this happens to anyone else! 

    The email address we received the automatic reply from belonged to an Administrator who registered on behalf of someone else and popped down their details to receive a confirmation email.

    This was discovered in the Sent Emails report. 
    Therefore, this person is not actually a registered attendee.

    That was going to be my first question - did you allow admins to register on behalf of another person? I'm glad you figured it out! :)
