I was wondering if someone from Cvent can help me to identify an issue with registration emails for an event. We need four differing emails to be triggered to different attendees upon sign up and they have been filtered accordingly, yet the emails are not being sent and it says it cannot find any attendees to send the email too. My team and I cannot see why the page has had issues in not finding registrants, so any support on this would be appreciated.
