    Dear all, 

    how can I as a MPC set the report with right permissions to share the link to the report, giving a live one to check statuses on a self service base?<u1:p></u1:p><u1:p></u1:p>

    Hi Waltraud,

    I would recommend publishing the report(s) to an access portal and limiting visibility to the report by access portal user accordingly. They can then log into the access portal and run the report themselves whenever needed.
