  • 1.  Report for No Hotel Needed

    Is there a report to collect those who selected No Hotel Needed or I will book my own accommodation?  I can not seem to find the fields to build or add to a report to show this.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Have you tried running the "no hotel accommodations" report within Reports > Report Templates within your event? The report returns a list of registrants without housing requests.

    Thats exactly what I have been looking for but don't seem to have that in my list of reports.  I feel like I saw it before but cant find it now.  Am I looking in the right place?

    Just found it!  For others that are looking it's under:

    Report Templates>Common Reports>Registrants> Show Report Presets> No Hotel Accommodations

    Certainly not very intuitive but not much is when it comes to the Hotel widget and reports.  Thanks so much for helping!
