Yes, you can definitely reverse an unregistration without having the attendee fill everything out again. Just go to Attendees, find the cancelled attendee's record, then click on the "Update Status" dropdown on the right-hand side and select "Register" and complete the registration. This will restore their registration in just a few clicks without needing to re-enter their information manually.

@Amarnath Annamalai can you please clarify? So, some attendee info will be recovered but the question was "so they don't have to fill out all of the registration questions again?" 
And your response says they will need to complete registration?

I'm obviously not @Amarnath Annamalai, but I did go in and do that. I had to "okay" some pages--I think it was "next" that I needed to hit--but basically I was able to just review all of the registrant's information from the original registration. Once I confirmed it, I could save it and register her again without adding any information beyond the payment option she was using.

In fact, you can do that but not completely. Not all the information is there from the original registration, which is frustrating.

I just had a case of a delegate that was unregistered by mistake, and when I tried to change the status, most of the questions and even uploaded documents during registration was gone.

Only personal information stays.
