Using the Add Co-Author widget, there is the ability for the submitter to add additional co-authors that will also be listed as speakers in addition to the submitting author. There is not a built-in RSVP functionality to give the author an option to RSVP yes or no to speak, although this is a choice question that you could add to the submission process where they can indicate if they are planning on presenting at the conference yes or no and if they select no, they can answer a text question where they write in who should be listed instead or just use the Co-Authors widget to collect who the co-authors will be.

I've used other Abstract Management programs before and they give an option for the accepted author to RSVP yes or no as a presenter at the conference in addition to an option to note who specifically will present if the submitting author cannot and a co-author will instead. I am not seeing this functionality as an option through the Cvent version. Am I missing something?
