Thanks, Peggy! Where do I find this or how do I add these?
I need to clarify that we are not sending out emails. The team will be handing out printed invites with a QR code to register. I am wondering if in the actual registration form if there is a way they can let us know they will not be attending.

I would suggest that in addition to the "register now" datatag link/url -- {[E-RSVP YES LINK]} or {[E-RSVP YES URL]} -- that you also include the one for "Decline" -- {[E-RSVP NO LINK]} or {[E-RSVP NO URL]} -- this will take the person to a decline survey where if they choose they can also provide a reason why they are not attending. (There is default decline survey content, but I believe that you may be able to also customize that. We just use the default content.) By doing so this would show them in your reports as having declined and remove them from any future emails that are formatted to send anyone who has not responded.

Subject: RSVP question
Hello,
We are planning a large event and will be handing out invitations. Is there a way to have the attendee answer if they plan on attending by checking yes or no. If they choose no, then they would be able to skip all the other questions. This way we can remove them from our list, but have their RSVP so we are not waiting for a response and can open up the space to another attendee. Hope this makes sense.
