A big fan of the Salesforce App but still confused as to why its not better supported.
I recently learned the 6.2 version is out, and it appears to have better support for survey responses.
This could be a huge factor for us as we use Premium Surveys to collect Event Survey and Post event Surveys.
Sadly the current integration simply dumps the value of those responses into one be text blob on the Cvent attendee activity field called details.
We painfully used a flow in salesforce to search that text blob and extract data points that we can automate on. But it is painful and error prone.
I was very excited to see what looked like an improvement to that integration point in the new version.
Sadly there seems to be no new documentation to how these actually work and are available to us.
Maybe I am missing the training out there somewhere?
So here appealing to anyone else using the new connector that may have figured out how the new survey features work.
Would love to talk with anyone successfully using what appears to be another potentially great improvement that is not well explained or documented.
