Hi Jennifer,
Are you referring to the Premium Surveys tool? You can click into Surveys from the navigation menu on the left hand side and that will bring you into the Surveys tool and there is a Title column that will show you the title of your survey. There's no search bar, but you can always create a custom view or just ctrl F and search that way.
