Is there a way to have a morning session with an afternoon session to only open when the morning session is full in registration?

e.g.:

Session A 9:30-11:30

Session B (only when A is full) 1:30-3:30

I would probably set up a planner alert for session capacity so that you get notified when Session A is full... you could then add Session B to the agenda and allow registration.  You could also have Session B already on the agenda but set up to not allow registration and then when Session A is full, change the setting on Session B to allow registration.
