Is there a way to create a discussion on a session and have that discussion open to attendees registered to that session before the session starts?

Thanks for your question! This can be accomplished through the Attendee Hub Discussion feature. It looks like you do have this contracted. I created a case for an Attendee Hub Specialist to assist you, they will reach out to you directly.
