  • 1.  Speaker profiles not auto-populating to Agenda

    I just sent out an invitation to the Speaker Resource Center to all of my speakers, and I've included a Registration Pathway for them that requests their title, company, bio and profile image. 

    For some reason they aren't auto-populating on the Agenda even though it is indicated that they should be displayed. 

    I will note that I'm using the "paygo" version of Cvent, so maybe it just a limitation? Any way I can get them to submit that info at registration and auto-populate into their profiles?

    Hi Allison,

    With registration, the information that is put into the registration form does not automatically flow back into the Speaker profile. If they were to upload their title, company bio, etc to the Speaker Resource Center, that information would connect to their Speaker profile. The SRC and registration do not speak to each other, where the information put in one flows into the other, but the SRC does speak to the Speaker profile. I would recommend having them fill that information out in the SRC, rather than in the registration form.
