    Is there any way to add a Sponsor besides under "Exhibitor Management"? How does CVENT cater for the instance where a sponsor is not an exhibitor and you'd like their profile to show up in Attendee Hub under "Sponsors" only?

    Hi Jenelle,

    Hope you are doing well!

    The sponsors and exhibitors are added in the 'Exhibitor Management' and for the instances where a sponsor is not an exhibitor you can hide the sponsor from showing under the 'Exhibitor list' in the attendee hub. They will still appear in the sponsor list on the attendee hub.

    In instances where you do not have exhibitors at all in an event (Only sponsors), if you want to remove the word 'Exhibitor' showing on the page links (On top of the website/app) as Exhibitor/Sponsor, you can hide it using the page visibility. It is required to have admission item and registration types created if you need to use page visibility.

    Hi Jenelle,

    One of the techniques we're using is to take advantage of the custom home page cards. We're creating a section called "Sponsors" and adding each logo with a link to their website as "links" within the multi-link card. These show on the home page of Attendee Hub wherever you decide to position them in the order and the card scheduling feature even allows you to move them down the home page once the event starts to make room for more content.
