    Hello fellow system admins - Question for this group: Does Cvent have the capabilities to link an event + a stakeholder to a survey?  And/or an event role(s) + event to a survey? 

    I'm looking to create a post-event feedback survey to the key stakeholder and requester to provide feedback on the support provided by the event lead, ideally using data tags for event title and stakeholder and requester and event role lead.  Also looking to create a survey for the event role lead to provide feedback on the other event roles supporting the event.

    Hi Allison - 

    We weren't able to leverage using the post-event feedback surveys that are tied to the event because you can only target invitees and registrants to send surveys to.  

    What we were able to do was create a stand alone survey using premium surveys and create a post-event notification (tied to the event end date) to go to the requester (in your case, you should also be able to send it to the stakeholder) with a link to the premium survey.  We also included the Cvent Code on the notification and asked the survey respondent to include that in the Survey so we could tie it back to the event.  

    You should also be able to do that with the event roles if you use a stand-alone survey (which can report across-events)

    We use premium surveys for anything that does not fit into the event surveys and get the information needed.
