    Attendees are reporting having to log into the app multiple times during an event. Is there a way to stay logged in, attendee tricks or settings? What is the time-out timeframe?

    HI Denise,

    Standard login time is 24 hours for the app, but our customer care team can get this increased for you if you'd like. You can call them and they'll be able to help you.

    Thanks Erica. That's what I ended up doing! I didn't know this could be changed. We had our time-out time extended and I think it solved our issue. Thank you for your response.
