I am looking for a way to further encourage our delegates to participate in both session surveys and overall event feedback surveys. 

I feel like it would be so useful for Cvent to have a feature that prompted delegates to complete the survey and almost 'lock the page' when the session ends before moving on to the next session while an attendee completes the feedback. Alternatively if there was a way to withdraw access to materials or recordings until a survey is completed. 

Does anyone else have the same problem and have you found a way to improve this through Cvent?

Hi Harmony we recently used session surveys for the first time and we didn't find it a smooth as we'd hoped as deleghates could see all the session surveys even if they could not access them. I agree that a pop up or similar rather than a notification would be more helpful.

We did increase our response rate but not to the extent that we had hoped. Have you had any responses with ideas or solutions?
