Has anyone created a survey for the purpose of gathering names and sessions for event invitees?  Want to make it as simple as possible for nominator to complete a list

Are you looking to have someone nominate attendees to attend these sessions? If so, are you looking for them to fill out the survey before the event opens for registration? If that's the case, you'd be able to create this with our Premium Surveys funcitonality as you can create a standalone survey and ask this question before registration opens. From there, you can take the results and use that to determine who should attend which session.
