Is there a way to pull through different sessions to an event email? I want to email all accepted attendees to say that they have requested Session A and have been allocated Session B etc. I don't want to use the agenda widget, just pull through the text wording for the sessions.

Have the accepted attendees registered for session A and are being moved to session B? Are you designing Session Emails to contact the accepted attendees in session A to alert them to the change? Or a general event email? If they are registered for session A, if you use a Session Email you can preselect to only send to those registered for that session. There is a data tag for session names that you can use in the text of an email to pull that information into an email for both session A and session B.

I'm not certain that I am answering your question, though, as I am a little unclear on what exactly you are trying to do.

Are you asking them for their preference via a registration question or are they selecting a session and then you're reallocating them?

Because if it's the first one, my initial thought would be doing it via a session email instead and using the Invitee Answers data tag for their preference and the session name tag for their allocated session.

So for example "We've received your request to join [Invitee Answers data tag]. We've allocated you to [associated session name]."

If they're selecting the sessions themselves and you're reallocating them, the only way I can think to do it is create a custom field with the session names, and record their preferenced session as a value in the custom field on their contact record, then use that data tag.
