When you are logged into Cvent and go to My Profile > Test Profile, do you have data filled out in the contact fields of your test profile? NOTE: If you test for invitees who arrive from a weblink, Cvent references your Address Book, not your Test Profile, when determining the contact info to pre-populate, so you would also want to make sure that you have data within your contact within the Address Book.
