The Cvent Beginners Office Hours session in May hosted 24 attendees new/newer to Cvent! May's session focused on mastering the fundamentals of email design, settings, and deliverability within the platform. Participants were guided through the process of designing emails using Cvent's email designer tool, adjusting email settings to optimize communication, and understanding how to generate reports to assess email deliverability effectively. The session also highlighted the importance of implementing DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) as a best practice to enhance email deliverability.
