Using a mobile app has been super helpful to increase engagement. We use a combo of push notifications, surveys, and scavenger hunts to get attendees to engage with sessions, content, and speakers.

• Share your hack and how you network/connect with attendees at an event. Mobile apps is our biggest way allowing us to communicate with attendees. We also set up tables at breakfast on different themes and topics to try and encourage networking with some of our top leaders.

*I also love giveaways. Anything that gets attendees talking and using the products is a good thing! Especially at a trade show! You have to have the coolest giveaway item that is a conversation started and gets attendees asking "where did you get that?"

It's hard not to share that without Cvent, I wouldn't be able to do any of these item, so my tip is Cvent makes us all better planners!
