Cvent Beginners

Hi all,

I'm creating a new event for Portugal and I need to translate the Registration Types into Portuguese.

When I edit this section, I see this message: To manage your list of contact types, go to Admin > Data Lists > Contact Types. But I don't have this option in my Admin section. 

Is there any way to add them in another language or translate them?

Hi Vanessa,

If you are not seeing the option within Admin > Data Lists > Contact Types, that means that your user role has "no access" to contact types. You can ask a Cvent Administrator from your organization to adjust your user role to give you access to Contact Types OR you can have an Administrator or another user role who has access to contact types enter in the translations for you within this Contact Types area if they do not want to give you access to do so yourself.
