  • 1.  Trouble seeing sessions in attendee hub

    We are having issues with attendee hub and attendees not being able to randomly not see sessions or session attachments. Anyone else experience this?

    Hi Laura,

    Hope you are well.

    I checked with the Attendee Hub team and they stated that there could be multiple reasons as why is this happening like, the sessions are not associated to the admission item, or session enrollment is not active within the session settings etc. 

    I would suggest you to contact out Attendee Hub Team directly as they would need more information regarding this and they'll be able to assist you further. You can contact them at 866-318-4357 (US & Canada) > Press 1 for Event cloud > Press 2 for Live event or within 24 Hours > Press 2 for Attendee Hub for immediate assistance.

    Assuming sessions were not Included, attendees will not be able to see sessions or session attachments for sessions that they did not add to their schedule before the session day/time ends.
    Agenda > Session List, if sessions are optional, you'll see options for these settings: Allow registration, Allow enrollment in Attendee Hub.
