  • 1.  Uploading a document for only a certain registration type

    Hello Cvent Friends!

    I have 2 PDF's that I need to upload in the app that are restricted viewing to only a certain registration type.

    I've gone the admin route and uploaded a document and the restriction is for Cvent users.

    I've gone the Planning then Documents route and the restriction there is for Cvent users too. 

    I would be grateful for any help!

    HI Dawn,

    Inside the Attendee Hub settings in your event you have the ability to create new pages, there is a page type called Documents Page which you can use to have this document available in the app. You can find a guide to this here. Once that page has been created, you may also go to page visibility and select which registration types may be allowed to view this page, a more detailed guide to this may also be found here under the "Limiting Page Visibility" header.
