Hi Erica, thank you for the response. Not duplicate account users, but having user profiles and access portal profiles separate. For example, if we have an account user that gets deactivated but then needs to utilize the access portal, or an access portal user needs an account license, we have to manipulate or delete one profile to set up the other. It would seem much more logical for there to be one profile per person and assign access accordingly. Happy to discuss this further offline as well.

Are you referring to Cvent Account Users? Typically, there should only be one account user profile per person and this is based on their email address. If you have users who have been created more than once, it would be due to multiple email addresses being used.

Does anyone know if Cvent has plans to update the system to allow for just one profile per person? Having multiple profiles for the same person across different areas makes it incredibly difficult to change or elevate access. It's not only inefficient and time consuming but also creates confusion and wastes valuable resource time.
