Hello! As an NSO /GSO partner, we have been seeing recently where we are getting copies of messages our clients are sending to our hotels that they have sourced - but we haven't received the original RFP. Some planners are telling us that this is due to the "new" Cvent platform.
-Are planners having issues connecting your NSO/GSO to leads you are sending? Are you hearing this from other NSO/GSO partners?
- How do we ensure we are there to support both our planners and our hotels?
Would be interested to hear if anyone else is experiencing this challenge.
