Hi, I currently have an event that is pending/not live yet. I am trying to test that the waitlist notification email works but each time, I create a scenario where I increase capacity on the event to test and I have an example person on the waitlist, the email doesn't send. I've checked through Cvent resources to make sure I've got everything switched up/arranged as it should be. But not working. I'm wondering if it's because I'm still in test mode and that it will work once the event becomes live? I note that the option to send the waitlist notification manually is greyed out so I can't click on it too. Thanks
