    We updated capacity from 12 to 24 after the event went live. 

    Potential registrants are getting the message "REGISTRATION CLOSED" 

    Dates are all correct. 

    Capacity has been updated in REGISTRATION.

    Hi Annita,

    Hope you are well!

    I checked your event and see that the capacity of the admission item 'Leadership Fundamentals Training' is full too because of which the invitees are getting an error when trying to register for the event. To fix this, please go to the event > Registration > Admission Items > Click on the admission item's name > Edit > increase the capacity or remove the capacity to make it unlimited > Save.

    I had just figured this out on my own and updated it.

    So, to be clear, when capacity is increased, we need to change capacity to UNLIMITED (or a specific larger number) in Registration Settings and in Admission Items (for all types of Admissions), Correct?

    Hi Annita,

    I'm glad you were able to fix the issue and get the registrations open for the invitees. 

    And you are right. Every invitee is required to have one admission item to register for the event. If you have set a registration capacity in the event and only have one admission item, you can leave the capacity of the admission item to unlimited as the event will close as soon as the registration capacity is met. Planners use admission item capacity when they have multiple admission items and they have set number of capacity for each item available form the total registration capacity.
