Cvent Beginners

Hi All!

Mt company recently became a Cvent customer, and I am excited to join this forum.  I have been working on the first event website for our Annual Company Meeting.  It is pretty much ready, yet I feel like a newbie, and I don't know if I've crossed all my t's and dotted my i's. What do you guys check for before turning the event live?  What is your best method for sending invites?  Do you use the email templates or send the invite from your company inbox embedding the weblink?

While I'll let other Cvent users chime in for their invitation methods or anything they personally like to check before going live, I wanted to provide you with some helpful Community articles to help your eventual event launch.
