Hope you are well!
When you create a new event from scratch, the system only creates the Summary Page in the 'Site Designer' by default. All the other pages like 'Speakers, Fees, Agenda, etc.' will have to be created as custom pages under website site designer.
Similarly, when you enable registration from under the 'Event Features', the system creates the following default pages : Personal Information, Registration Summary (under Registration Process Pages) and Confirmation page (under Post Registration).
All the other pages like Item selection, travel, payment etc will have to be created as custom registration pages by you.
The system will not create any new pages by its own for website and registration.
