    imageDoes anyone know how I can edit the colour of this box which appears at the end of the registration process, it's a tick box.

    It is a little tough to read., hence your question. Is that a general question you added to the page or part of the payment widget? If it is part of the payment which payment method is toggled on to show that?

    Hello @James Rose - thank you for the reply.

    The box only appears in the Planner Registration Mode - when I am registering someone from the attendee list.

    The text says 'Send registration-triggered emails to the registrant' and had a tick box next to it.

    So no it doesn't appear in the payment widget and to the general public, but I would still like to try and change the background colour to white so it can be read.

    Hi,

    Here is what Claude said to do.

    This is a Planner Registration UI element that's controlled by CVENT's theme colors. Specifically:

    To fix the dark background on that box:

    1. Go to Site Designer > Theme > Colors
    2. The dark box color is likely mapped to Color 3 (your darkest color, #253D8F or similar)
    3. CVENT uses one of the theme colors as the background for system UI elements like this planner checkbox
    4. Try checking Theme > Theme Styling > Pop-Up Windows - the "Body" or "Window" color may control this

    However - this is a system-level planner UI element, not a public-facing widget. CVENT may not expose this for customization through the theme. Based on community posts, some planner-mode UI elements inherit from:

    • Color 2 or Color 3 in the theme (for backgrounds)
    • Theme Styling > Buttons (for the checkbox area styling)

    Workaround if the theme doesn't fix it:

    Try changing Color 3 temporarily to a lighter color (like #FFFFFF or #DBE5F2), publish, and test the planner registration to see if the box changes. If it does, that confirms which color controls it. You can then decide on a compromise color that works for both the public site and the planner view.

    If no theme color controls it, this is a CVENT bug/limitation - you should submit a support case referencing the Planner Registration Mode's "Send registration-triggered emails" checkbox having unreadable text due to the dark background.
