In this comprehensive workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of the Cvent Event Management platform so you can confidently build, promote, and manage your events. You'll build an event that utilizes Registration, Website, Speakers, and Agenda features. You'll also learn how to promote your event using Cvent emails, manage invitees, and run reports.

 Agenda:

• Building out event details including features such as Registration Types, Speakers, Admission Items, Sessions, and Fees
• Designing the website and registration process using the Site Designer
• Customizing Event Emails and Invitation Lists
• Managing attendees, running and customizing reports

This workshop explores the fundamentals needed to create an event app and what metrics are available to help track engagement and prove ROI.

Cut down on lines and creating a welcoming experience for your attendees that’s easy, fun and personalized!

• Overview of OnArrival including License Types
• Deep dive into OnArrival settings in Cvent and in the app
• Check-In time calculations and ways OnArrival can help keep things flowing
• Designated Lines/Kiosks for registration and payment collection
• Kiosks for special registration types (like VIP check-in)
• Using check-in alerts and internal information
• QR codes in registration confirmation emails for hands-free check-in
• Demonstration of admin mode, kiosk mode and hands-free check-in
