We are sunsetting PayFlow Pro (PFP) as part of our integrated payment solutions. We know that payments are an essential piece of event revenue, and because of that, we want to ensure you are prepared and all of your events continue to run smoothly. 

  • You will need to update your payment gateway. We are here to help ensure that all of your paid events continue to run without disruption.

Getting started with Cvent Payments

  • Cvent Payments is already available in your account if you are a customer.
  • Switching is quick and free, so you can start seeing the benefits immediately.
  • There will be no impact on existing events; Cvent Payments is simply a different merchant account.

How do I switch to Cvent Payments?

  1. Log into your Cvent Account.
  2. Follow this step-by-step guide that walks you through entering your information.
  3. When you've completed your setup, please email cpsaccounting@cvent.com. We will double-check your account configuration and activate your new merchant account.
