How do I switch to Events+?

To ensure a smooth transition and take full advantage of the new features, please take the following actions promptly:

1. Create Events+ Hub: Follow the setup guides for creating and enabling features in Events+ to prepare for calendar migration.
2. Review Current Contact Websites: Assess all existing Contact Websites and identify the content and functionalities that need to be migrated to Events+.
3. Configure Events+ Settings: Set up the necessary configurations in Events+ to match the look and feel of the previous Contact Websites. This includes theming, layout, and privacy settings.
4. Recreate Custom Features: Manually recreate any custom content from Contact Websites in Events+. This includes the event calendar, membership directory, and personalized attendee experiences.
5. Update Communications/Emails: Update all communications, emails, marketing campaigns, calendar tags, and websites with the new Events+ URL.
