Cvent Beginners

Dear team,

A lot of our speakers are new to the SRC platform and most of them get daunted by too many information. Is there a way for us to add a tutorial video in the SRC invitation email to show the speakers the step-by-step guide to manage their SRC?

Additionally, once the verification link comes in, it comes from Cvent<noreply@cvent.com>, how do we customize the verification email?

You can definitely add in a link to a tutorial video in the Speaker Resource Center invitation email within Email > Speaker Emails > Resource Center Invitation > Design Email. Currently, there is not a way to customize the verification code email for Speaker Resource Center, I recommend submitting this as an enhancement request within Participate > Product Ideas.
