Cvent Beginners

Hi! We recently set up our Speaker Resource Center (SRC) it's great! But what does the administrator see and what notification do they get? We have a case right now where a speaker has added an admin but this admin came back to us saying that she cant access the SRC as she doesn't have the code nor received any emails.

Any insights on this?

Hi Kristabela,

By default, the Resource Center Invitation email is setup to go to both speakers and their admins. You can view this email by going to Emails > Speaker Emails > Select Resource Center Invitation. You can also manually send this email to the speaker and their admin again to ensure they receive it (Send > Manually) . I would also recommend having them check their spam for the email. If they still do not receive the email, I recommend creating a case with our Customer Care team so that we can investigate that further!
