Hi Sarah,
Within Registration > Registration Settings > Pricing, there is an "Allowed Payment Methods" section. Do you have American Express checked off here as one of the payment methods within the event? You will also want to double check within your merchant account set up in Admin > Integrations > Merchant Accounts > Select Payment Types to ensure that American Express is checked off there as well.

For payment processing, we use PayFlowPro that connects to our merchant account, Chase Paymentech, which accepts American Express cards; however when I setup registration events, I am only able to accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. During registration, the site tells me "Card Type Not Supported" when entering AMEX details. I'm looking for any help in how to resolve this. Thank you.
