What is the best way to manage room blocks without allowing an attendee to choose a specific hotel? Using the hotel request during the registration process, we want to collect their check-in & check-out dates, special needs, etc. but manage the hotels on the backend. TIA

One way we've done this is by adding a general hotel like, "Meeting Hotel" to be used with the hotel widget. We'll then create a custom internal field where we will put the actual hotel once it's been assigned so we can include it in our hotel and final confirmation letters.
