Can a session be assigned automatically based on a hotel request date? For example, if an attendee is checking in on March 3, they should be automatically assigned a transportation session.

Hi Denise,

Sessions can only be included with admission items, so if an attendee registers for a certain admission item with the session included, they would also automatically be registered for that session. As an alternative, you can run a report with everyone's hotel request dates and then use that information to register for the sessions on the back-end, so they are put into the right sessions.
