Hi Dara,
I completely understand your concern here, that creating duplicate speakers would mean they would both show in the speakers list. Currently, there is no direct way to achieve this and we do not have a workaround for the same.
Similarly, by creating duplicate speakers (using different speaker code) we can assign one speaker to multiple sessions happening at the same time, but unfortunately, we will not be able to hide them.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi, this does not work because I cannot hide a speaker and associate them to two sessions at once. Having duplicate speakers would mean they would both show in my speakers list. I am working in Attendee Hub.

Hi Dara,
Hope you are doing well!
In regards to your query, we can assign a speaker to multiple sessions happening at the same time, by importing them using different 'Speaker Codes', For e.g., Speaker 1 can have code 1 and code 2 (here, codes will differentiate the same person by the use of codes). Please review the following article 'Adding Speakers to Your Event' (2nd section in the article).

Hope this helps! If it does, please indicate the same by marking my response as 'Best Answer'.

Subject: Associating Speakers to Multiple Sessions at One Time
I need to be able to assign my speakers to multiple sessions happening at one time. We have speakers rotate and pop-in for parts of sessions, not the whole thing. I do not want to have multiple sessions appear to do this. How can I mark their sessions as "not busy"?
One workaround may be to create a copy of the speaker, but I'm not sure how practical this is. Any other work arounds?
