We have many planners who use OnArrival for check-in for their events even if they are not badge printing on-demand at the event. One tip that I will share is that we recommend utilizing the QR code functionality as an option for quicker check-in. You can include the QR code in their registration confirmation email, know before you go/event reminder emails, and if you are using the Attendee Hub event app, you can also enabled the QR code feature in there as well. You can also include the Apple/Google Wallet functionality within emails for attendees to use too. This can help speed up the check in process for those who have their QR code handy vs. having to type in their name at the kiosks.
