Cvent Beginners

Hi,

I've created banners, made sure the placement info was correct, but they are still not showing up on my app. I clicked "always" for placement time. Help?

With clicking always, that just means that the banner will be displayed during the times and dates that the event is live. If you want to be able to see it now to preview it and make sure it looks good on the app, edit the placement and change the date/time to custom and choose todays date and a time earlier than the current time through the end of your event and you should be able to see it then. Hope this helps.
