Huddle of the Week time! This week we're spotlighting a small‑but‑mighty upgrade in the Actionable Insights bundle: the improved chart layout in report PDF exports.
With this release, every chart in a report's PDF now appears on its own page, taking up the full width (and in most cases the full height) of the page, so labels and data have room to breathe-no more overlapping, cut‑off, or jumbled numbers that used to push people to export into Excel just to make sense of their visuals. The underlying data, calculations, chart types, and export options (PDF, Excel, CSV, etc.) haven't changed; only the PDF chart layout is new, and it applies to all reports in the Cvent Reporting Framework for both planners and suppliers.
Curious what this looks like in action or how it might impact your stakeholder reporting? Explore the Reporting & Insights Learning Center to dig deeper into reporting best practices and tools, then share it with your analytics power users to help them get even more out of these cleaner exports.
Questions for you:
- How are you currently sharing charts and dashboards with your internal teams or clients-and will this one‑chart‑per‑page PDF format change how you package post‑event reporting?
- What's one report you're excited to re‑export with this new layout, and why?
