Cvent Beginners

Greetings all and thanks for helping me with my first CVENT post!

For my conference, I created a Speaker Questionnaire and asked my speakers to log in and provide answers for bios, session titles, and session descriptions.

Some of my speakers are high level figures or other guests and I don't want to have to make these people answer the Speaker Questionnaire.  How can I upload their answers for them?

Hi Kathleen - 

A lot of information, like the bio, headshot, documents, etc., you can add for them on the back end. If there are things you can't access, such as the questions, you can also make yourself an admin for that speaker, which will allow you to log into their profile and update anything else.
