I received a message from Cvent that the resolving the issue. I tested all sites from today and a year forward in my account and it appears it is corrected. Hope your accounts are as well!

I reported this yesterday as my questions are tied to our consent management tool via webhooks and cannot be changed or updated. It was late in the day so still waiting on an update.
If others can report this, hopefully it will gain more traction for a resolution.

Hello Cvent Family!
I came across this issue with my most recent Registration Websites and was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issue.
On the 'Cancellation Form' and 'Decline Form' in the text question 'Let us know why you can't attend', my question text is showing correct but on the sites it is showing 'Let us know why you can't attend'. I've been using the same fonts as previously and copied a previous event without any issues before. I am able to update the text again and it fixes it but wanted to see if anyone else is having this 'glitch'!
