Our venue response time is one of our core deliverables and KPI. Is response time measured from the time the planner submits the lead until the time sales manager submits a proposal? Are weekends and evenings calculated as part of our response. time?

Response time in Cvent is measured as the time between when an RFP is received and when the venue submits a proposal. 

Response time is calculated in business hours (Monday to Friday) to exclude weekends, holidays, and off-hours.
