Being able to manage bookings electronically would free up SO much of our groups time and emails with people asking and trying to do it manually. Unfortunately so many hotels we choose are more boutique and they don't have the integration.

We don't do much with venues right now.

• How do you think automating attendees' hotel bookings can benefit your event management program? It saves me time and puts the control in the attendee's hands to select their hotel and room type.  There's no more going back-and-forth with giving options and having them select.
• What strategies do you currently use to create closer partnerships with hotels? How can Cvent Passkey enhance this process? I try to go through the same NSO and provide loyalty and courtesy in the process.  I reiterate I'm trying to build a partnership and not trying to "win" negotiations.  I'm not sure how Passkey enhances this at the moment.
